Aurora over the Sound
An aurora is a gas doing something specific. Particles from the Sun knock the atoms of the upper air into higher energy, and each gives the energy back as light of one exact color: oxygen glows green, and higher up red. She drew it over the Seattle skyline, Mt. Rainier and an orca.
