Science Artistry LLC (Sammamish, Washington) operates this website. We built it to show Ayesa's work and make it easy to reach her — not to collect data. This page explains, plainly, what little we handle and how.
The short version
- You can browse everything on this site without an account, and we set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers.
- The only personal information we receive is what you type into the contact form — and we use it only to respond to you.
- We never sell or share your information for marketing.
- Photos of students appear on this site only with consent, and are removed promptly on request.
Browsing this site
Reading pages here sends nothing personal to us. Like nearly every website, the services that deliver the site handle standard web requests:
- GitHub Pages hosts the site and may log requests (such as IP addresses) for security, under GitHub's privacy statement.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces; your browser requests the font files from Google's servers under Google's privacy policy.
We do not run analytics, advertising, social-media pixels, or any cross-site tracking, and the site stores nothing on your device.
The contact form
When you send an inquiry, the form collects your name, email address, optionally a phone number, what you're reaching out about, and your message. The form is processed by Formspree (their privacy policy), which delivers it to Ayesa by email. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and arrange sessions you ask about. If you'd like an old inquiry deleted, just ask.
Children
This website is written for parents, guardians, and educators — we do not knowingly collect information from children online, and the contact form is meant for adults. Information about a student (their name, age, or interests) reaches us only when a parent or guardian chooses to share it while arranging sessions.
When the studio's family portal launches, it will follow the same principle by design: accounts belong to parents and guardians, never to children under 13, and any information about a child will be collected only with verifiable parental consent, used only for running their classes, and deletable on request. This policy will be updated in detail before that launches.
Student artwork & photos
Photos from workshops and student artwork appear on this site only with permission from the participant — or their parent or guardian. Consent is revocable: if you'd like a photo of you or your child removed, contact us and it will come down promptly.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted — email or use the contact form and we'll take care of it. We keep inquiry emails only as long as they're useful for working together.
Changes
If this policy changes materially — for example, when the family portal launches — the "Last updated" date above will reflect it.
